We have a long history of working with a number of travel trade associations providing their members with a reliable and consistent service.
Our panel, which has wide experience of dealing with travel, holiday and leisure related issues and their legal implications will continue to be available to advise and assist on a company's ADR and settlement options.
Advice on disputes is provided with reference to such evidence as the company provides. It is therefore recommended that the company provide as much evidence as possible to enable us to form an opinion as to the merits of any claim.
